I had never heard of these guys before but went on my uncle's recommendation. He was spot on! I spoke to Ethan on the phone, and he was very polite and quick to answer my questions. Jake helped me out in the shop, and he has excellent customer service-- when the original quote came back much higher than I was hoping for, he worked with me to get a better price including calling around to multiple other stores in search of a part. They were friendly, thorough, charged a reasonable amount for labor, and I never felt looked down on or taken advantage of. Definitely will be recommending them to my friends!

I asked for 15K service On new leased SUV and they also did a tire rotation which I didn’t expect so they deducted that charge because I usually get mine done elsewhere. Thank you. I called day prior to schedule and was told it takes 45 minutes. Arrived at 8:40a and they got my car right in. They did update me twice on their timing between 60-75 min. I left at 10a. Not bad but not expected as well. I’ve had so many good experiences with them over the last 10 years that this would never change my opinion just might ding it half a star

Wells it seems their corporate way is to take photos of every problem and convince clients of needed repairs after having an oil change. I’ve taken all 4 cars to another 3 different trusted mechanics (one dealership, 2 independent ) and so far out of the last 6 trips (different cars) each mechanic said 50% urgent work unnecessary. I guess after so many years of liking them I am still swayed positively of their competence but now get a second opinion.

I was really thankful that I ran across this body shop and Mechanic especially John. They really do take care of their customers and have really big hearts. Thankful for all what they do for me.
