3 hours for an oil change.

Mike, three hours for an oil change is definitely not normal for us, so we apologize for that long of a wait. We must've had something come up, and we failed to communicate that. I had never heard of these guys before but went on my uncle's recommendation. He was spot on! I spoke to Ethan on the phone, and he was very polite and quick to answer my questions. Jake helped me out in the shop, and he has excellent customer service-- when the original quote came back much higher than I was hoping for, he worked with me to get a better price including calling around to multiple other stores in search of a part. They were friendly, thorough, charged a reasonable amount for labor, and I never felt looked down on or taken advantage of. Definitely will be recommending them to my friends!

Always a pleasure doing business here. Friendly staff and competent. I asked for 15K service On new leased SUV and they also did a tire rotation which I didn’t expect so they deducted that charge because I usually get mine done elsewhere. Thank you. I called day prior to schedule and was told it takes 45 minutes. Arrived at 8:40a and they got my car right in. They did update me twice on their timing between 60-75 min. I left at 10a. Not bad but not expected as well. I’ve had so many good experiences with them over the last 10 years that this would never change my opinion just might ding it half a star
