I wasmpleasantly surprised with the personalized service and friendly new owners. No muss, fuss, or up-sell. Have been going to Airpark for years and will continue now that it is Kerry’s Airpark.

This isn't the same group anymore. The owner sold at end of Feb 2018. All I can say is don't expect the same level of service we've all been used to. A friend referred me over 10 yrs ago. Aaron and Kevin spoiled us while making us all feel like family. I gladly referred them to my family and friends. Not anymore. Time to find a new place.

Took our older RV we recently bought in for a checkup. Chevy G30 engine.They checked it out, and found a small radiator leak we opted to watch for now (they gave tips on this), replaced transmission fluid at a reasonable cost (comparable to other shops in other areas of phoenix). They did not just look at color but measured moisture in brake fluid and said it was fine.No huge bills for things that obviously did not need doing (what the first shop did).When we requested they pointed things out on the RV they had found and further discussed them.Overall we are very pleased.

I was referred to Airpark Auto Service by a friend and was told they had provided excellent service for 20 years. So far I have not been disappointed! The staff is courteous, down to earth, and service is only provided on your car if it's necessary. There are no hidden agendas here. Amazing to find in this day and age! I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

My go to shop for all our vehicles. The staff is always professional and fun to deal with, and the mechanics keep us on the road by catching potential problems before they turn into a breakdown.

Dropped our '98 Mustang off on a Sunday night using the key drop box—so convenient! We were worried about the transmission and the electrical system was showing low on charge. Aaron called early Monday to let us know that all we needed was some transmission fluid and a new alternator. The battery was under warranty so that was replaced as well. He said we’d keep an eye on the transmission to see how it does. The guys at Airpark Auto always take care of our autos in a timely fashion—we trust them implicitly!
