The team at 180 Automotive are friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Before they recommended any service, they took the time to talk to me about my long-term goals for my car (selling it soon? Driving it for a few more years? Trying to drive it forever?) and helped me put together a plan to help me reach those goals. I love that they give a discount to customers who use public transportation and they gave me all sorts of little goodies on my way out the door. You can really tell they really appreciate their customers!

I came in for a somewhat minor issue at the 67th ave and Happy Valley location. I'm not from that area. It was near closing time. They helped me , and provided a warranty on what needed to be fixed(most places don't -from my experience) I was surprised not only at the warranty but at the outstanding customer service. While waiting for the fix I overheard techs talking to other customers. Everybody was honest. They earned my business. I came back the next morning for clarification on something and the service was still great. It wasn't something "Oh great there they are again" amazing!
