Arizona Auto Repair

We set up an appointment on a Saturday morning. We took the car in early for service. We did not expect them to start working on it early, but at least on time. 6 HOURS after our scheduled time, they were still not done with our oil change and our wheel alignment. After we picked it up we checked the oil at home and the oil was low and we had to take it back for them to add more oil. They claimed the alignment was off a couple of degrees and that they fixed it. But it does not feel like they adjusted anything. $122.00 waisted and I'm not impressed with the slow service and lack of attention to detail. We will not be back.

Wouldn't take my car anywhere else

This was my first time going to Kerry's and it was such an unpleasant experience. I will never go back. My air conditioning was blowing hot air. They diagnosed the problem and called me with a quote to fix the AC. I authorized the charge and when I picked up my car it was still blowing hot air so they said to bring it back to check it out. They failed to do their due diligence in providing me with the service they promised to repair the air conditioning. Not only did I paid $240 and still not have my issue resolved, but they wanted to charge me an additional $116 to perform further testing, which I declined. They advertise that they guarantee to repair it correctly the first time and I was happy to go there because of their great reviews and 3-year warranty. However, their actions do not align with their words. They refused to refund my money and I drove away 8 HOURS later without an adequate repair and very unhappy.

I was a walk-in and got same day service. The problem was analyzed, diagnosed and fixed in a timely manner. The staff was very friendly and professional. The waiting room is awesome. I got to watch a great movie in a cool, comfortable atmosphere. It didn't even feel like waiting!

Awesome service and explanation of options I may want to consider. This was my first experience here and I was so pleased that I purchase a family oil change package. Nice to do business with a place that is honest and not looking for ways to take advantage of their customers!
