Bogi and her team are always very helpful and patient with me when I have questions about my car. They never pressure me, instead keeping an eye on my ten year old Nissan and helping me understand what and when something needs repair.i am so glad we have a garage like this in Phoenix!

Great customer service and no pressure sales tactics.

I had just replaced my ac compressor, and asked this place to inspect my ac and if it look good to charge it. So the mechanic there says everything is in good working order and charges me for an ac inspection and recharge. As soon as I get the car back the ac is not in good working order or even close. I was basically lied to by the mechanic so I agreed to pay for services. After a few day I took the car back only for the sales guy to say there is nothing I can do to help and they don't stand behind they're work if they don't replace the parts themselves. The shop is extreme over priced at 120$ a shop hour and had very little to offer for that besides a mechanic who offer false information. People don't be decieved!!

This place is amazing! I just needed my wipers replaced and the place was very busy. I walked in and asked how long it would take, thinking I would have a very long wait. While I was giving the information about my car, one of the attendants had gone to the parking lot and replaced my wipers! I paid and left only minutes after arriving! Amazing! I will always come to Kerry's for my car maintenance.

Work in the VW Passat was done in a nicely time manner. I was really satisfy with the car work. Thanks.
