Reasey always takes the time to walk me through all the results of what the mechanic found while servicing my car. She helps me understand what is going on with my car, even showing me dissembled car parts to demonstrate. She helps me anticipate long-term expenses for my beloved Honda Civic Hybrid, so I can put money aside for repairs. When I couldn't make my last appointment due to an unexpected health emergency, I spoke with the owner, Bogi, directly, to reschedule. Nina always calls with a reminder prior to my appointment, and then follows up a week or so later to ask how things are going. Hands-down, the whole team at 180 Automotive is dedicated to providing quality, personal service. Plus, their waiting room area always has cool art on the walls. I highly recommend this shop to everyone.
