Pros: Friendly Staff, Nice Facility Cons: Expensive, Use Cheap Aftermarket Parts, Poor Communication. Took my car to Kerry’s to get my motor mounts replaced in April 2018. I had done itmyself using cheap parts off Amazon (4 mounts for $80) and still having vibration problems. Unfortunately I paid Kerry’s $800 to replace them thinkongbthey would use better parts, but when I left it felt about the same and when I checked under the hood I saw the stickers on the parts were the same as the ones I had used. Several months later the vibration got worse. Finally in January 2019 I took it back to Kerry’s for a warranty repair. I dropped my car off at 7am on a Saturday. A few hours later they called and said one of the mounts failed and wanted to quote me the repair cost. I told them it should be warrantied, they looked it up and verified. Around 2:30 i called them back to see if car was ready and they told me they were working on it. 4:30 (30 mins before closing) I called and asked again and was told tech was putting in last mount. Showed up at 5pm to pick up car and had to wait another hour before they had my car done. Got in my car and while leaving the parking lot noticed my car was shaking violently whenever I came to a stop. 3 more visits to get my car fix and they couldn’t fix it. They told me that the new motor mounts where stiffer than old and because my engine runs too rough i’m getting more energy transfuramce into thr car body. Took my car to the Toyota dealer and paid $150 to get car diagnosed and was told that it was the aftermarket mounts Kerry’s put in. Was told that putting in factory mounts would fix problem. Took car back to the Kerry’s over at Norterra this time, had them fix by putting in factory mounts and now my car runs smooth. Kerry’s jingle about getting it fixed right the very first time, was not my experience.

Nobody likes taking thier vehicle to any auto shop for obvious reasons but Kerry's Car Care makes the experience worth if you had to. Not only reasonable pricing but the staff there is beyond professional and friendly and actually care and make time for any and all questions.

I had some issues with my 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe and had the repairs done at Airpark Auto Service. Unfortunately after 13,xxx miles one of the repairs failed and I took the vehicle back to Airpark Auto and the repair was only covered for 12,000 miles. Jacob Hawkins, the general manager, got involved and assured me that he would do his best to resolve this situation and have a positive outcome. In 30 minutes he and Tony,the technician, found the problem,ordered the parts and gave me ride home. At 11:00 a.m. the next morning Jacob called and said the car had been repaired and arrived at an equitable solution for me and Air Park Auto and had his driver pick me up to take me to the shop. Jacob and Air Park Auto Service now have a satisfied customer that will return for all future repairs.

Jose gave me excellent service! Cannot say enough good about Kerry's Airpark Auto Service. Thought at first the reviews were too good to be true. I was wrong. It's all about family there and it showed! My old clunker(tongue in cheek) , A Lexus SC-300 , is running better than ever. Hard to hold the car back! Anybody understand? 👍😁

Don’t ever go to this place the technicians have no idea about the cars specially when it’s about AC not sure why they even still in business wrong inspections and full of attitude left my car the whole day came back and the guy was like oh we need to have it till Monday , and charged me for incomplete work NOTHING BEEN DONE , not sure if they pay people for fake reviews but absolutely not going again and will make sure to report that to the BBB

With this being said the name Laticia l is not in any of our records. If you could please contact the store with the name the vehicle was listed under we could better assist you with your experience. Our shop has been in business for a long time all of our technicians are very highly trained, “especially in Air Conditioning” there are circumstances where multiple repairs need to be completed to get your system working properly. For example if your vehicle has no Freon in the system it will not operate “this means nothing can really be tested” It would be like trying to diagnose a TV but it has no power. We would need to charge that system to further test the rest of the components in that system, this is also the case if there are large leaks in the system.
