Don’t ever go to this place the technicians have no idea about the cars specially when it’s about AC not sure why they even still in business wrong inspections and full of attitude left my car the whole day came back and the guy was like oh we need to have it till Monday , and charged me for incomplete work NOTHING BEEN DONE , not sure if they pay people for fake reviews but absolutely not going again and will make sure to report that to the BBB

Went in for an oil change and everyone was very nice and the facility was very clean with a comfortable waiting area. I was informed of everything they had found during the inspection of the car. There was no pressure to fix anything and given prices for all the work. The car was finished as promised. We will be returning.

I’ve generally like Kerry’s but my most recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I called to schedule an oil change and new tires. The person who answered the phone did not acknowledge my request for tires and only set up the oil change. I asked, “what about the tires?” He said we would discuss that when I dropped off for the oil change. I let him know that I would be on a time crunch when I dropped off and needed to get the tires set up now, over the phone. I gave him the year/make/model of my vehicle and the tire size I needed and waited a moment for him to pull up available tires in the computer. The silence continued for a long time and I finally asked if he was still there. He was there and he made a comment about needing the car to be there to find out what tires it needed! Knowing this to be false I told him to forget the tires. I’m not sure why Kerry’s was so reluctant to sell me tires but I immediately called a competitor, found the tires I want and scheduled an appointment. Due to this experience I’m not sure if I will use Kerry’s in the future.

Kerry's Airpark Auto Service was extremely thorough when I brought them my recent private party vehicle purchase. They inspected inside and out and gave me honest opinions about the condition. I will be definitely returning. Good, honest customer service is priceless.

Been using Kerry's for years to work on my vehicles. Very friendly team and honest about the work needing to be done if any. Again 5 stars for Alex and the team at Kerry's. Stayed late to make sure my vehicle was repaired and I did not have to wait until Monday to pick it up.
