I’ve generally like Kerry’s but my most recent visit left a bad taste in my mouth. I called to schedule an oil change and new tires. The person who answered the phone did not acknowledge my request for tires and only set up the oil change. I asked, “what about the tires?” He said we would discuss that when I dropped off for the oil change. I let him know that I would be on a time crunch when I dropped off and needed to get the tires set up now, over the phone. I gave him the year/make/model of my vehicle and the tire size I needed and waited a moment for him to pull up available tires in the computer. The silence continued for a long time and I finally asked if he was still there. He was there and he made a comment about needing the car to be there to find out what tires it needed! Knowing this to be false I told him to forget the tires. I’m not sure why Kerry’s was so reluctant to sell me tires but I immediately called a competitor, found the tires I want and scheduled an appointment. Due to this experience I’m not sure if I will use Kerry’s in the future.
