Nothing is hidden I had them service my 2000 Cadillac DTS which I love, and will never sell.. They completely renovated the car.. I now have a "new "Cadillac at a fraction of the cost of a new Cadillac.

Even though I was not able to get the needed repair done just yet, these guys went above and beyond. Not only did they shuttle me to work, which was apparently out of the 5 mile range, they ordered me a Lyft to bring me back after work. And charged zero for the diagnostic of my car. Alex patiently answered all my questions and chatted me up while I waited for AAA to tow my car home. These guys were recommended to me by a friend who takes her car in regularly and I was not disappointed in the kindness and understanding towards my situation. When I am able to do so, I will definitely bring the car back for the repairs.

Well, I really wanted this to be the place everyone says it is but I did not have a positive experience. I was sent a picture of my car's serpentine belt which was the seam of the belt saying it was cracked and dry and should be replaced before I got into an unsafe situation. The belt is fine. I needlessly spent over $200.

Over the last 8 years, I have had quite a few very favorable experiences bringing my two cars to Airpark Auto. In each case, the work was flawless, the staff was always professional and accommodating and costs were always fair. I not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Never had I been dissatisfied with the work.
