I found Kerry's doing a Google search and I got lucky. I was having fuel mileage trouble after getting a fuel pump replaced about one month ago. The gas gauge is jumping around and they offered to inspect it for free which is hard to find. After explaining the different issues I was given advice to go back and get the fuel pump replaced, it sounded like a sending unit was not working. Alex was very friendly and explained what else they can do to increase my gas mileage. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with a great personality. I will definitely go back and use them as my mechanic from now on. They even have a free shuttle to take you home while your car is being worked on.

Broke down on my way to Phoenix from Prescott and Kerry's was the closest auto shop to my breakdown spot. Was extremely nervous to take it there considering how much shops cost these days and the wait times considering I was an hour and a half from home. Called and they got a tow truck out to us in less than an hour. Then went back and picked up my teenage kids as the tow truck driver couldn't fit us all in the truck. They had a VERY comfortable waiting room for us to sit and wait and got my car looked at quickly. Unfortunately due to a mistake by the mechanic that changed my oil that were unable to fix my car but, they gave us a ride to another place we could sit and wait for a friend to come rescue us. Mike was amazing, he sent numerous photos detailing the issue to my phone, kept in contact and made sure our bill wasn't too high for the tow and checking out the problem. I HIGHLY recommend them! Especially Mike, he was amazing! Thank you guys for being great to us on a horrible day!

The front desk service writer was friendly, honest and a pleasure to work with. The service was fast. I will continue to be a customer because of the customer service

Another shop tried taking advatage of the situation we found our selves in. I called Kerrys and TJ took care of everything. We had our car back the next day good as new. The shop is very nice with a wonderful waiting room. The staff is knowledeable and friendly. We will be going here from now on.
