Arizona Auto Repair

I made an appointment and dropped my car off to have the AC serviced. They told me it would be a couple hours. I called 4 hrs later because I had not received a phone call yet. They told me they were just about to call me to tell me there machine was down and were waiting for someone to come out and look at it. They said they would call me back in 20mn to let me know. Again received no phone call and called back in an hr. I was then told no one could come out to fix the machine and could I drop it off another day. Here I am juggling cars all day and changed my schedule around for an appointment I had and now they want it another day. I came and picked up my car and did not make another appointment because they said they would call me Monday and make my car a priority. I did not receive a phone call so I called Wednesday afternoon. I was put on hold and then told the machine wasn't working and could I go to another location in Phoenix. At this point I will not be going back or recieving service. I wasn't even offered a discount or anything for the inconvenience and lack of following up with a customer.

Quality service, polite employees, and an overall great experience with this company. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for affordable car repair/upkeep.

Have had three separate visits where I had to return because the job was not done right the first time. When they did my brake job, I had to return twice....three total visits to get the brakes to work right. **Update 4-19-19** Had to bring my truck in for the 4th time to get my brakes fixed correctly. It was a warranted repair. I think they may have finally done the job right, but the technician left a right rear tire lugnut loose to where one more turn and it would've fallen off. Luckily I noticed this careless error before the nut fell off on the freeway and smashed through someone's windshield. Kerry's really struggles to do any job correctly the first time.

Nice and friendly service...reasonable wait time...1/3 the time of Walmart. They offer a shuttle for vehicles left and they inspected a leak for me. Air conditioned waiting room with comfortable chairs, TV, free water & coffee, plus soda machine. Will definitely recommend.

Professional and time efficient.

It took them three visits to get my brake job done correctly. Also, on two oil change service appointments they failed to rotate my tires as instructed. When I complained about the poor attention to detail, they promised me two free oil change coupons but never mailed them. *Update 4-19-19* Had to bring my truck back in for the 4th time because of brake malfunction and although they seem to have fixed the brakes correctly they failed to tighten one of the tire lugnuts - it was so loose it was ready to fall off. Serious safety issue if the nut would've come off on the freeway and smashed through someone's windshield. Kerry's really struggles to do any job correctly.

Honest

Excellent service and very polite and nice people. Get to drop off truck for repair and they give you a ride home so you don't have to sit in the waiting room and will pick you up when your vehicle is done. Drivers are very polite and are very good and cautious drivers. Would highly recommend.
