The manager and service rep along with the mechanic were excellent today. Very knowledgeable and explained every to us including pictures. They were dedicated to fix an ongoing issue. Thanks Bobby, Jason and Ricky @ happy valley location.

Always friendly, honest and up front about the work that needs to be done, not just what they want to sell you. This is the only place I take my cars.

The customer service is impeccable from start to finish. I did not feel I left paying to much. Every penny was worth it. I will be back!!! Thank you for restoring my faith in a car care business.

I HAD been taking my vehicle to Kerry's for years. Ever since they opened this location. I would have routine oil changes done there on a regular basis. My car has a feature that tells you on the dash when the oil change is due and it drives me nuts when it comes on.....so as soon as it would come on I would take it in. I would take it in and have them check everything. check spark plugs, rotate tires, check tires, check and change filters, check and fill fluid levels. Took my car there for a total of 5 years. Trusted them. A couple of weeks ago I was looking at my car to get ready for a long road trip and looked at my tires to see how the tread was. 2 out of 4 of the tires were BALD. COMPLETELY BALD. How were they BALD without Kerry's telling me that there was low tread on my tires? I ask them EVERYTIME to give my car the once over. HOW? This makes me not trust that they did the other things in the past that I have asked them to. We then called to get records on my vehicle to take back to my previous mechanic, which the only reason we started at Kerry's is because it was closer to the house. They couldn't give me any information on what they had done to my car previously. NO RECORDS. After I have been a loyal customer for YEARS. How is this possible? We have since taken our car back to our trusted mechanic Carl's Car Care on Bell. He has given our car a complete major tune-up along with fluid and filter refill and check, all for a significantly lower amount than Kerry's. To give an example......spark plug replacement at Kerry's........500......Carl's.......350. I'm sticking with Carl from now on. Sorry Kerry's. You blew it. I gave you a chance.....and you blew it.

Amazing experience. They were able to locate a problem with my electrical system, locate the part, and fix my vehicle in only two and a half hours. In that time, they keep in touch with me every step of the way. This was my first experience with Kerry’s, but they are my new mechanic of choice.

I brought my car to Kerry’s to get an estimate for brakes . Not only did I get a great price on brakes , I received extraordinary service and left feeling that the staff at Kerry’s had a genuine concern for my safety . I would recommend Kerry’s for your car repair needs. Great Job !

I take all of my vehicles to Kerry's Car Care. These guys are awesome.

I was told the diagnostics charge would be applied towards the repairs, however the diagnostics charge was added to the final bill. Also the coupon I coincidentally left on the passenger seat to use towards the cost of the repairs conveniently disappeared from my vehicle while the repairs were done? Needless to say I won't return to the 43rd Avenue and Dunlap/Olive location.
