Arizona Auto Repair

Because I was stupid, I kept driving my car even though my engine was overheated. Blew my engine, and there were many things wrong with my car (water pump, head gasket, etc.). Took my car to Kerry's Car Care. The repair costs looked to be around $4k, luckily I had a warranty. I had to be out of Phoenix by Saturday, and I had them start repairs on Wednesday. In the span of those 4 days, they fought the insurance companies to get my price down to about $400 dollars (10% of the original cost!), and then got my car working. They turned what could have been an inconvenient series of events into barely a few days away from work. I did encounter an issue later where my car would make a rattling sound at 2.5k RPMs, which turned out to be the exhaust port being loose (among a few other bolts being loose), not a huge deal. If you are the boss of this store, and you are reading this, take whoever participated in the fixing of my car out for a beer or something, they deserve it.

Bell Honda wanted to charge $500 claiming I needed new bushings "Right away" "Going to ruin your tires". Kerry's checked them. Some cracking with normal wear but they are fine!!!! I love this place. They used to work on my old Pilot. Stopped going to them because I moved. Decided they are worth the drive.
