Customer service and quality inspection care was poor. I left my car over night. I specifically told them I was having brake issues. The next morning I receive an email estimate. I called to ask what they thought about the brakes during the test drive. They admitted they never took it for a spin. It baffles me that I got an estimate without them testing the brakes! They tried to justify it with an excuse saying "we typically don't take the car out for a spin unless you tell us your having issues." I specifically told them I was having issues. That's exactly why I took my car into the mechanics. Very poor customer service. I do not trust this company.

I have had the best customer care every single time my car has had a problem. Believe me, last year my car had severe electrical problems. I don't know what I would have done without TJ, and all the other employees that went above and beyond the call of duty to find out what the problem was. 3 batteries, and a new alternator, and my car still had problems. Ended up taking it to the VW dealership. Found out my stereo was the problem. They tried to sell me a stereo that was exact duplicate of what I had. They wanted $900 I couldn't afford that. So they told me they could pull the stereo fuse, but if they did that. There was a possibility that my key fob wouldn't work, and my alarm system would go off randomly. Turns out that was a lie, and they were trying to scare me into buying a new stereo. I will NEVER go to the dealership again. Nobody touches my car for repairs, oil changes or anything else my car needs. Only Kerry's Car Care works on my car. I'm so thankful for them. They have always been so helpful, and even did work on my car for a discounted price, and a lot of times, they did free work. The employees at Kerry's truly care about their customers, and always take care of my car, by being very honest, and they don't lie about what your car need. They have never tried to talk me into doing this or that to my car. If my car truly needs work done. I know I can trust that it will be done in a timely manner & at a fair price, and I know I can trust them to not lie & say my car needs this other work done. In other words. I guess I'm trying to say. That Kerry's is not out to try to make money off of a customer. They do honest and reliable work. Sending a big thanks to all of Kerry's Car Care employees. I won't take my car anywhere else but Kerry's Absolutely love their Customer Service. I give them 10 Stars. Sincerly, Billi Jo Bohlman

I have been taking all of my vehicles to Kerry's for the last 14 years. They always provide me with details of any maintenance repairs along with photos, provided me with options and are extremely professional. I would not take my vehicles to another car repair.

This place sucks. If I could give it 0 stars I would. What ever price they quote you, add an additional $500.00 to it and don't expect your car to be fixed. If anything, expect to make another trip back in hopes that they may actually fix your car. The only reason for going back now is to have them keep fixing my car until it's done right because the issue is still covered under warranty. I would not recommend this place at all. They used to be good once upon a time, not sure what happened.

Our goal is customer satisfaction and we clearly failed to deliver. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to correct the issue that is still present with your vehicle. The Regional Manager will be contacting you within 24-48 hours to help resolve this matter fully.

This place is AMAZING! I called at 11am for a jump start, and had a service guy at my place at 1115. I got a jump start, new battery replacement, and had the BEST customer service! I was able to make my dentist appointment at noon. My car was in the shop at 1130 and I was out the door with a working car by 1150. I HIGHLY recommend this place for your car service needs. I will definately be a repeat customer! Thank you Kerry's Car Service!

NEVER AGAIN!!! I am a local small business owner and my vehicle is used everyday in order to make a living. Needless to say, it is a hardship to put it in the shop and not be able to do service calls. At the beginning of the summer, I realized the A/C was not working correctly and needed to be serviced. I wanted to take advantage of the trcuk being down so I asked the shop to check out everything and let me know what else needed to be done. My vehicle is older but works great for what I do and I want it to last for years to come. I got a great deal on a rental car for a week so I told the shop my timeline and to go over the vehicle and suggest any maintenance. The came back and said the a/c was just a valve issue but incredibly found a leaky seal that cost over $1,500 to fix. I asked to PLEASE make sure the A/C is 100% because I could not go without my work truck again. I was assured it was fixed. Well I guess you know by now that it wasn't. I brought it back again and showed the GM (Jake) that the A/C was cutting in and out and had to leave the car again. They "found" a vacuum leak and said come get your truck, its fixed. Next day, the truck starts blowing hot air so I take it back again. They had my truck for another12 days and claimed that the compressor which was less than a year old was bad and needed to be changed. Napa parts warrantied the compressor and I was told the truck is fixed. I had the truck for a couple of days and needed to drive to Show Low for a job. Half way up the mountain the air cut out and a screaming noise started coming from under the hood. I pulled over in the middle of nowhere with no cell coverage and popped the hood. The belt tensioner was missing one bolt completely, one bolt was holding on by a couple of threads and the last bolt was so loose I could move it with my fingers. I waited on the side of the road in the heat for over an hour for one of my employees to backtrack and find me since I did not have cell coverage. He and I were able to rig things well enough to get to the next town. When we got there and had gauges put on the A/C system it was learned that the system was overcharged and the compressor clutch was now seized so the belt was just being dragged across it. I was able to free the pulley enough to drive home in 110 deg heat. Took it back again and the compressor was changed again and supposedly the GM (Jake) personally looked it over. When I went to pick it up I asked to see my truck with gauges hooked up so I would know what the pressures were before leaving. The guy up front went in the back and came back with numbers and said that Jake was not available. I could have been killed driving through the mountains if I would have lost power all of a sudden from the bolts they left loose and the GM (Jake ) could not even take the time to come out and apologize. This place has cost me SO much money and time. They had such a great reputation at one time and I wish I had known of the ownership change before taking in my truck. STAY AWAY!!! There are good shops with managers that know what they are doing....this is not one of them! Update 8/7/19 Well now the A/C compressor is making noise (2nd new compressor). And no the "Owner" who commented he would look into the issue never called. I repeat my previous comment to STAY AWAY!! And go check out their Yelp review it is a more realistic rating of this establishment.
