This place is the best. I won't let anyone else touch my car for oil changes, and any repairs. I won't even let the dealership work on it.

Great staff, always helpful and willing to go the extra mile.....but....this is my 3rd time getting a quote from Kerry that was more than the dealership or other shops. They quoted me $2100 to replace water pump and thermostat. Dealership quoted $1468, and an independent shop near arrowhead quoted me $998. That settles that. I liked having a shop near my neighborhood, but only if it’s competitively priced.

These guys are truly awesome! Super friendly and extremely helpful. My new go to place for repairs.

As a former Auto Shop Owner & Mechanics (ex)Wife...I LOVE KERRY'S! ALWAYS friendly, ALWAYS up front & honest, NEVER PUSHY!!! They always give good suggestions when asked for help. They LISTEN to you. They always remember me when I come in...I really only trust my former husband (Good relationship...no worries) above Kerry's! And he OFTEN has backed up their suggested repairs/maintenance! Thank you, Kerry's, for being the automotive honesty standard to which all others should strive to achieve!

Nice people but not too happy with the service I got today. I requested an oil change and to have them check my brakes because they squeak when I back up. They got my oil change done in less than an hour but completely forgot to check my brakes. When I went in to pick up the car I asked them about the brakes and they gave me a blank stare and brushed it off and said it’s probably the hardware. Not sure I’ll be coming back.

These guys can't follow directions and my vehicle was far worse off after I picked it up than when I dropped it off. I expect my things to be cared for better at a mechanics than I would take care of them. Very disappointed in this place!!! Take your vehicles down the street to Wilhelm's or anywhere else!!!

I recently went to Kerry’s Car Care in Norterra solely on previous reviews from customers. I am happy to say I was very pleased with the whole experience from calling to make an appointment, which was on the same day I called, to picking up my truck. Mike was extremely professional. He sent pictures and texts about everything that needed to be done to my vehicle. Since I have an older truck with 200,000 miles plus on it, I struggled with the decision to repair or get a different vehicle all together. Mike was kind enough to discuss on the phone my options. I am happy with my decision to repair the truck. In the future, I will definitely take my vehicles back for maintenance and repair. .

Easier and cheaper than the dealership

Oil change and 4 wheel alignment. I saved about $70 from what Toyota quoted me. I am quite satisfied with the work and customer service. I plan to return for transmission service.
