Would be 0 stars if possible. Great at attempting to upsell, but inept at actual repair. Started out taking my car here when I moved to town. At first, I thought they were cool. Nice waiting room, courtesy shuttle, etc. Thousands of dollars later I pulled the plug on them. The last straw was when my wife brought her car (2014 Subaru) there for an oil change, and they told her it would be $4000 to repair various items and was unsafe to drive. She called me in tears. I took it to a dealership...the dealership fixed "$4000" in repairs for $600! Oh, and none of the issues were unsafe. In addition to that, they sent me away missing 3 lug nuts ON ONE WHEEL. They ultimately DID replace them, but not before telling me it was not their fault. One other thing, during differential service on my car, they crossthreaded and snapped the head off one of the bolts of the differential cover. Then they stuck the head back in place with silicone/sealant. They never mentioned this to me at the time of service. Guess how much that cost me to have fixed (drop diff, remove bolt, re-tap, servixe and reassemble)? Do you and yours a favor, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I recently had some motor mounts replaced on my Chrysler T&C with a 3.6 ci engine. It was vibrating badly and since I had them replaced the vibrating is totally gone. It runs like it did when it was brand new in 2005. I am 100% satisfied with the work they did and will definitely refer my friends to their services. I am very happy with the results. Thank you.

Your prices are fair. This was a small item, a new battery, but previously you repaired my daughter's Ford Fusion front end. Jason was especially helpful with my stalled car, and the guy he sent to jumpstart it was a nice guy.

I will start off by saying that I've been bringing all my vehicles to Kerry's over the past ten years. I have always had a good experience at this location, well up until my very recent visit. I took my truck in to get diagnosed for an issue I was having with it. It was a Wednesday when I left it at the shop. I was informed that the work and everything would be done by Friday midday and I would have my truck back. Friday turned into Saturday morning, Saturday morning turned into Saturday afternoon, that turned into maybe before they closed that day. Well needless to say, today is Monday and finally it's ready. I understand things happen that people are not in control of but it was a bit stressful for me. I had to ask a co-worker if he could pick me up at 430am to get to work and ask another to take me home. Next day I had to take my son's car and make him walk to school. Friday I had to take the day off and not get paid for that day. Then to spend the weekend with no vehicle and spending on an uber was a bit frustrating. On a better note, the guys in the office/ shop are all very nice and helpful. I wish my first review on here was one of the Better experiences.

I’ve been coming here for a few years after recommendation from my daughter. ALWAYS great service!..I have an older car, have had some expensive repairs done. These people are kind and do the best they can to accommodate me by informing me of needs, urgent and non urgent. Advice regarding safety operating my car. I was there just yesterday. Some changes to welcoming counter...extra helping employees...all very professional and friendly. I will return for repairs as needed, of course.
