True and honest in town with their estimates and service. I would recommend them and you should check their estimates before going to a dealer as they have saved me a lot of money on my BMW X3 for a very small repair. TJ, you are the best service advisor, Thank you for taking care of my car issue.

I’ve been servicing my car and 2 kids cars here for about 3 years. I trust them. A few repairs were fairly involved and have held up well. Will not go elsewhere

I needed a four wheel alignment and I called Kerry's ,They were able to get me in immediately and did a great job ...no fuss.. if you need work done on your automobile ,,I highly recommend Kerry's

I went to Kerry's today due to a rough idle. I left my car there, got the shuttle home, and waited a couple hours until they called me. When they called me, my car of course wasn't idling rough. They came and picked me up. The mechanic and I drove around in my car for a little bit. I didn’t notice the idle being rough either. He told me how he had took it out a couple times, drove around at one point for about 30 minutes, even had another mechanic drive it around, and still nothing. I ended up leaving and not getting anything done; however I appreciate all the work and effort that they gave to try and figure out what was wrong. They could’ve easily tried to get me to fix something else, but they didn't. Honest, friendly, seemed genuinely concerned about my car. I will be going back. (Though hopefully not soon!)

Excellent customer service!

I took my car in this morning to get an oil change around 9am. At 11:55am I get a call saying that I need tires and filters. I politely decline the tires and ask to only have the filters replaced. At that time (12pm) I was told the filters would be in the shop in 15. They would install and my car would be ready. 2 hours later I call them back because I have yet to hear from them since 12. At that time (2pm) I again am told they are waiting on the filters. I call back once more before 4pm asking again for an update on my car. He said he needed to check so I am placed on hold. I wait for more than 10 minutes before I finally hung up and called back. The same gentleman picks up the phone and says he’s sorry for the hold cause he was changing the filters himself. I ask him to forget about the filters and if I can have my car back because I needed it back before 5pm. He swears it will be done in 10 minutes. At 430pm (half an hour after he said 10 minutes) I finally get the call that my car is ready. He stupidly asks me if I’m on my way...you have my car, sir! How am I supposed to get to you? Lol I get a ride from one of my coworkers and finally pick up my car at 5pm. Despite being lied to all day about my car, I am charged full price and didn’t receive an apology once when I paid/picked up my car. I only give 1 star because my last visit wasn’t this awful. Not sure if I was given the B team service today, but I will definitely not be back. Nor do I recommend them to anyone.

Recently moved to the neighborhood and set up a consultation due to early morning car trouble. The agency were able to accommodate my request in a timely manner, were extremely professional and subject matter experts in evaluating and assessing damage and part failure to my automobile while providing estimate for parts and labor. I will be approaching them for my future maintenance and service operations.Military friendly and highly recommend All stars !
