Kerry Car Care is one of the most honest and complete company to service my cars.

Had my to have my car towed from there to another repair shop. Hundreds of dollars spent for no diagnosis.

Employees at the front counter are inattentive to customers concerns. Your business now looks like a circus with banners that serve no purpose, if you need that to draw customers, there something inside the building (management and employees) that is very unprofessional !

They picked my car up at 10:00 a.m. on a Saturday for an oil change. weren't able to do a simple oil change and wheel alignment by the end of the day. I kindly offered to let them keep the car and asked them to return it on Sunday, which I was told is possible. Guess what? The place is closed on Sundays. It appears the employees don't know the hours of service. Terrible service.
