I brought my 2007 F-150 into your Phoenix branch on 6/01 because the A/C stopped blowing cold air & the Brake / ABS light was on, plus an oil change & new wiper blades. Then it was it was transferred to the Glendale branch on 6/03 were it was identified that a fuse was replaced fixing the A/C. Once it was in Glendale I did not receive 1 call from Alex or Greg. On Thursday, I finally s/w Greg after calling who told me the fuse was replaced & the ABS would be worked on. Called Friday 3 times with no call backs & then called 1st thing Saturday morning with no call back. I drove up there later Saturday morning to see the truck was not being worked on & was told I would receive a call by 2:30 and I ended up calling at 3:00 to learn it was not fixed. I drove back up to pick it up around 3:30 to pay $158.17 to get my keys and when I entered my truck the middle of me dashboard was pulled apart with components everywhere. Before getting the keys Ben ran out to get the odometer reading not saying a word about the dashboard, so when I came back in & said what I saw it was deers in headlights. From there they informed me to drive my truck down to the Phoenix branch to get put back together. When I arrived at the Phoenix branch Randy & Bobby were very apologetic & said it will be all ready on Monday the 8th before noon. So I've had no car for over a week for a new fuse and nothing else worked on and the wiper fluid motor now not working as of Saturday. Plus, I had to get a rental car for work all week. I have been a very satisfied customer with Kerry's Care Car for years & after this I'm not sure what to think because of mess & poor customer service (Glendale). My Engine light came on, i panicked..Kerry Car Care happened to be at that spot, where i was, i saw them when i drove by...Never been there before....Didn't want to be stranded...Awesome guys "Greg" asking whats wrong...Shuttle service..Gave me the problem, what needed to be fixed, time it be done...Im very happy, they earn my trust, i will go back...So happy with them!!!!
