I have just experienced my 2nd appt.for my SUV & it was as wonderful as my first experience!! I can’t explain how appreciative I am for the caring,kind service. I am alone & I can put my full trust into “Devlin”,the Manager who looks out for me and wants me safe on the road. All of the staff,TJ,my shuttle hero~they all give their all. I have had my Oil Change,New Break pads(they were bad)& I did not even realize. I also had my air conditioning repaired & my headlite detailed. I did not have a great experience at this place. I had to always call them back they never called me the only person that was good was Bobby the GM Way overpriced and the gentleman upfront named Andy was very forward and not good at smoothing things over when people are upset. The list of things that I had to have done were quite costly and he was just a matter of fact with everything not sympathetic to the shock I was in with the price. I was happyThat they found work from a previous place that was done incorrectly and got it fixed. The issue I took the car in there for never got addressed and I felt like Andy was not listening to me when I was trying to explain what was wrong with my car. I ended up taking my car to another mechanic who was very fair , reasonable and explained everything that was wrong with my car unlike this place. Again the GM Bobby was amazing . I hate to say it as I try not to write bad reviews but I feel I need to have my voice heard this place is a very expensive overly priced and I would not recommend them.

Let me tell you about my extraordinary experience with Kerry’s Car Care. This place opened super close to my home awhile back. My husband and I thought “great - another car place - just what we need *eye roll*” however, a few days ago the air in our van went out. Deathly afraid of what this was going to cost us, we rode around without air for a few days. Arizona. 115 degrees. Today, I couldn’t take it any more. I called Kerry’s to see how much the diagnostic would be. To my surprise, the estimate was free and he offered to get me in right away! I was half way to work and decided to turn around! A couple hours went by and they called with an estimate. He also texted me a picture of my nasty cabin air filter! I called them several times over the day because I had questions. Every. Single. Phone call was answered with a smile and very great customer service. I was even able to do a payment plan! These folks are the real deal! I am even going back for an oil change. Thanks Kerry’s Car Care for moving into our neighborhood! You guys rock! Thank you, Jose!

Jose was professional & provided me with a second opinion on work that was originally quoted. The work was performed in the timeframe I was quoted and the price was reasonable.

Kerry's car care they are actually honest and extremely helpful they did the work and got me financed as well as picked me up these guy's are awesome

I’m a previous customer, this new location was closer. They did a fantastic job! They got me in right away, it was later in the day too and they were able to diagnose the problem really quickly. They got the problem fixed and got my truck back that evening. I dealt with Jose, great customer service and communication.. I will definitely recommend them to others!!
