Excellent, friendly service, performed in a very timely fashion. Tammy was particularly good to work with. One minor complaint: grease stains were left on the driver's floor mats; probably a good idea to lay plastic down next time.

Oil prices are good but you will be waiting 2 hours so be ready for that, even with appointment.. BUT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE! Just left there, gave me a $1000 estimate for 2 struts and a $550 estimate for labor. 3.3 hours for a job that would take 2 hours max. $170 and hour! Took me 2 minutes to find a set of struts and away bars for 200 bucks. Save your money. EDITED AFTER REPLY. Love the response of not taking responsibility of your gluttonous overcharge for your services. Plenty of certified technicians all over the valley that don't charge 170 dollars an hour for service, and 5 times per part for parts. Also, the bumper to bumper check is done everywhere. Last but not least. Check your grammar usage for the word "weight". Do not take your vehicle here. Plain and simple. If the response was anything more than a spin to their favor, I would have changed my tune. Absolute worst garage experience of my life.

We apologize for the lengthy weight on your oil change. However, at Kerry's Car Care an oil change also comes with a free vehicle safety inspection. So while we do understand how a quick in and out oil service is preferable to our customer, Kerry's Car Care wants to ensure that every vehicle is safe. I had my car serviced at the dealership today and was advised of a needed repair that was going to cost $700+. I called Kerry's to get an estimate on the repair. TJ invited me drop by so they could check it out. Two hours later, the repair has been made and it was under $500. The customer service is exceptional! I don't think I'll be going back to the dealership for routine maintenance anymore.

I am writing this review for Kerry's Car Care in Norterra. We took our vehicle for an oil change in early November. An oil leak was identified. After almost $7000 for a new turbo which was not installed properly and weeks of renting another car, the vehicle was sent to a dealer that was more competent to address the issue. The store lacked follow-up and proper and timely mechanical work. The store manager promised that we would be reimbursed for the rental car expenses as well as the cost of service by the dealer. I know they are working on it, even though we need to ask for an update because there is no proactive contact with us. Here we are at the end of January with no reimbursement yet. This whole process should have been handled more swiftly.

We do understand how frustrating all of this has been for you as well as for all of the companies involved in helping get you and your vehicle back on the road. Kerry's has been working diligently with the dealership and your rental to get you situated. We apologize for the lengthy amount of time you have had to wait. However, we assure you we are working as quickly as possible to get your vehicle back to you. Thank you for your continued patience.
