I have been coming here for a few years now. I recently made an appointment and dropped my car off early in the morning. They were to check and complete an alignment if needed, check brakes and inspect car for an intermittent delay in starting. When I came to pick up my car at 7 p.m. that's when I was informed "they couldn't get to the alignment", which is what I had approved early in the afternoon. They literally had my car over 10 hours and couldn't complete it. All they actually did was scrape/brush off the battery terminals which probably took 5 minutes. They didn't seem very apologetic. I then received a text the following morning offering to have it picked up to get the alignment completed. I ignored it. I also had previous issues with the brake work done there and the brakes wearing prematurely, although they did warranty them out. Bell Hondas coupon also beat Kerrys price for my timing belt by a couple hundred dollars and Kerrys couldn't match it. Overall, I am unhappy with their service and would limit any service to an oil change only. Oh and I took my car to get a second opinion a few days later and my alignment checked out fine and it was unnecessary to have it done.

I made an appointment for an oil change. Dropped the car off early about 10 to 15 minutes. Went to the local restaurant around the corner to wait. Had dinner no call or texts about my car being ready. After almost an hour and a half hour and 15 or so went back to check on the progress. Car had never even been looked at yet. No apology, not even an offer of discount of any sort. So took my keys back and left with out the service. Would have at a minimum expected a call saying they were running late and may even a coupon of any sort. None of that but quite a bit of up sell when I was checking in. Not sure if I will return. 99% will not go back here due to their service. Was my second time here and was a miserable experience. Not a good option for me. I could have been doing much more useful things with my time besides wasting it and not even getting any kind if service or regrets from them.
