My one hour quote for a basic oil change turned into three hours of sitting in the lobby, it wasn’t until I approached the front desk to ask for an update that they pulled my completed vehicle out of the bay. Less than impressed.

I called Kerry's Car feeling my suspension having become awkward, with a rough ride. It is a older car, so this repair was imaginable and expensive. They were very straight with me and that is extremely valuable to me. Because of the potential cost they researched around for what coupons they could come up with for my case. They finally did and helped me somewhat. John was a descent guy. Very polite and respectful. I felt good all along and after the repairs, the car ran anew. They shuttled me to and fro. This was my second time at this shop, so I'll stay with them. No more going to Lexus dealership. No need. They know their work here.

**Update 10/13/2020** I will no longer take my vehicle to them for ANY work. Their pricing relies on their warranty which tells me they don't have trust in their work. I now use other local services before I would ever go back to this place. From speaking with other neighbors in our area I have found out that many other people feel the same way. Always get a secondary quote on any work that they are about to do. You will find my words to be true. *Old review* Great customer service and fair prices. Their waiting area is simply the best.

Always so helpful and transparent with repairs, they will let you visually see what needs to be repaired and let you know why you need to repair the part! Oil changes are also fast and easy!
