I took an older car in for inspection. When I informed the gentleman that I would be performing my own repairs he took to a snotty attitude. I only got a general report and not a detailed report. If they didn't want to perform the service they shouldn't have taken the job. I don't feel that I got my money's worth and will have to go to another shop to get another inspection. Very disappointed.

I have been to Kerry’s Car Care many times, and every time I go they are fast in getting my car done. They also inform me with any problems that need attention now, or in the future. I’ve been going here the last few years to get my oil changed after plenty of bad experiences with JiffyLube. I will only take my car to Kerry’s for maintenance and repairs. They take great care of their customers, and are always professional and personable. Quality work for a fair price.

Before we moved we would always frequent the location at 67th Ave. and Happy valley Road. Regardless of what I’d bring my vehicle in for I always felt it was a continuous upsell and up charge. I was recommended every service under the sun. Tried this location for the first time today. Just requested a simple conventional oil change and tire rotation with a coupon. I was pleasantly surprised when I was not advised of all the additional services that I probably should have and the quoted price was actually what I was charged. While I cannot speak to their mechanics and repair process. It is a refreshing breath to have that experience at the front sales office.
