Completely unprofessional Called to have my car towed for repair on my fuel pump the service person David said he would call me when the car arrived from the get go he never called or returned my calls then I asked for a manager Bobby never called or returned my call the repairs took more than 7 days they continually lied to me the price was twice the cost of the estimates I was given! I have never been treated with more disrespect in my life after spending 1300.00$ on a repair that books out at half the price at 3 other repair shops. I know where not to ever go to get my cars repaired! I DO NOT recommend Kerry's no care to anyone!

Friendly, courteous I completed the work on a timely basis.

Had a battery replaced. When I called they immediately responded and started the process of getting me back up and running. It went very smoothly and there were no hitches!

Great fast service, always ask me if I have concerns, I've made appointments the same day for oil changes and had no problem

The gentlemen at Kerry's car care were very nice and professional. At first there cost to replace a battery was more then anothers location and they matched it closely..still a little bit more but at least they tried to match it. I think if they know what other auto centers are charging for the same service, maybe they can lower costs to be a little more competitive. I would use again, but only if cost was comparable. I would not pay a lot more for the same service, just a suggestion.
