Fairly new customer and had my oil changed a few months back; was very happy with the outcome and service. But after taking my car in for some A/C repairs, I am considering other mechanics. The only reason I can do 4/5 stars is because of the excellent customer service from David. My A/C stopped working shortly after repairs, and after popping the hood I found spare parts hanging out next to my engine from the repair. I tried to get some sort of compensation towards the continued repair, but management could not make it happen. Which, I understand. Labor cannot be waived, however, I cannot believe a thorough job was done in the first place if my old A/C valves are being left next to my engine. And I did not like that management downplayed that fact. Still, David from the Norterra front office was beyond helpful. He took time to have extended conversations with me and do research on my options for continued repair through Kerry's. But price could not be negotiated, so I walked away. Kerry's has a ton of WIP cars going through daily, which shows they are successful and trusted! But if high inventory causes mechanics to overlook truly finishing the job and rushing through repairs, then I cannot assume my car was taken care of.
