Arizona Auto Repair

Was lied to over the phone about a part that was “Cracked”, but when I drove down there the story changed. Is I look at the part I notice the tech is trying to get an over torqued oil filter off with a crowbar! This alone causing damage to the oil cooler housing and wanted me to pay for. A simple oil change ended up costing me over 400$. Not to mention the mess and oil marks on the front of my vehicle! Not happy with my experience with the new shop in the neighborhood and will not recommend to any of my friends or family. I have plenty of pictures to back up this poor review so anyone that wants to debate the dishonesty can come on over!

Excellent service. Friendly, professional, and honest. I'll definitely be back. Very convenient shuttle service, as well. And a super nice waiting room. They made the whole experience comfortable and convenient. Thanks, Tyler and Jose. Keep up the great work!

I have never cared for car repair shops, but this place was different. I genuinely felt they cared by their actions. Jose was the one who helped me the most and he was awesome. The other people working in the office were just as helpful and friendly. Since I got there late in the day I figured I was gonna have to leave my Jeep there. Jose took care of it all for me. He asked me what kind of car I was looking for, the price range then he contacted Enterprise told me what was available and they were on their way to get me. The Enterprise shuttle van was there in less than five minutes . Lastly, the whole place was spotless, and I do mean spotless. The waiting room had a big screen TV with a cold water machine, and nice bathrooms. Being that I just recently moved to Arizona, I’m So glad I found a great car repair shop close to home.
