We were visiting AZ and stopped in here because it was close to where we were staying and we needed to get our vehicle serviced. Great service. Clean facility. Friendly and professional staff. Prices were competitive and the vehicle was in and out in a reasonable amount of time. I will take our car here again if we find ourselves in a similar situation

I came in on a Friday afternoon without an appointment. Justin was able to get me in and get taken care of. This was my 1st visit here. Ill definitely be a returning customer.

I feel like they got over on me. I paid $1600 for what they said was an easy fix, now Almost a full week later they still have my truck and it’s worse then when I brought it in. I am extremely dissatisfied and regret bringing my vehicle here. Definitely will not venture out again, Grulichs definitely is the way to go. They provide an all around better service.

Kerry's on Lake Pleasant Pkwy came highly recommended from some family members, so I gave them a try. I'm glad I did. I thought I needed brake pads but the technicians showed me that my pads were still in good shape. I was invited to look over my car to visually inspect the brakes and tires. I discovered, however, that my tires were not in good shape and actually a safety hazard. Kerry's took great care of my car and even honored a coupon which saved me significant money. They were all professional and friendly, and Kerry's absolutely earned my return business.
