I am very pleased with my first experience with Kerry's Car Care! I just moved to the area from Vancouver, WA. I was having issues with A/C and overheating. I was instantly impressed with how well everything was being communicated with me. I even received a video showing what the problem was. Even after finding what was going on, they still insisted on checking more thoroughly. They ended up finding the radiator fan was unplugged. They plugged it back in and everything was running great. I wasn't charged for anything and they made me feel very taken care of. They have earned my trust and I will be back for any other car issues. Thank you Kerry's Car Care!

Went in at 10 am for an oil and filter change. Front desk attendants were genuine and very accomodating. Made me feel welcomed on my first visit. Attendant promised me around 2 hours to get things done..So I waited and preferred to stay in the lounge..Was cozy in there..Checked the time, 2 hours later, I took a glimpse outside, my car has been in the exact same spot, I realized that they haven't started the service just yet.Patiently waited for another hour expecting a crew member to give me updates on what was happening or why was there a delay..., 1 am passed and I was done...Cancelled my appointment and looked for another shop just because I felt that they didn't respect client's time at all...I hope this shop will start looking into these things..

Jake is the man!! Everyone at Kerry’s is great. Excellent service. Friendly, professional, and honest. Very happy with their service 👌🏻 I'll definitely be back.

I got into an accident recently and these guys helped me out so much! The first place I went to gave me an insane estimate. Kerry’s guys did everything I needed done at the rate I needed. They were also very nice and professional.

Taken the vehicle there 4 times now, terrible place to go. Highly don't recommend it.

These folk are honest and trustworthy in my estimation but they are, unfortunately, too expensive. I had a 2005 Ford Focus alternator replaced. Alternator was $428. Labor was $388 at $178/hr or 2.2 hours. Should have been have that price.
