It was great to see Bobby back on site. I was also very impressed with the addition of John and Devin at the service counter. Both were engaging and very professional. After a couple of challenging experiences over the past year, my confidence in Kerry‘s Car Care is greatly renewed.

Duty & Obligation It is the words on the poster in their office. But apparently just words, not anything meaningful. I brought my car here 3 times for the same issue. First time, they told me this will fix it; nope. Second time, advisor says “well at least we solved 50% of the problem, yes!” I make sure they can fix it - do we need a test drive?; nope. We’ll call you this afternoon. 48 hours no call or update. Only to learn that they reassigned my designated advisor and now I have to start all over again with someone else. Third visit, let’s test drive it. Here is an invoice for another couple grand with a laundry list of items they hope to be the issue. None of which was called out to us on the first or second visit despite the words on the wall. No: honest service, obligation, or duty. Yes: distrust, lies, and even sarcasm. Get a 2nd opinion or just go elsewhere.

Was going to give me the cost of the oil change and while I was inside an employee moved my motorhome and just drained the oil. I found out that after I turned down the estimate they gave me which was over twice what it should have been. To their credit, they refilled my oil and I left. I will not go back. They have a management / communication problem.

My cars engine temp started fluctuating so the next day I dropped it off with an 8 am appointment. I was greeted professionally and was told they’ll keep me updated. No word from them until I called mid afternoon for an update. I was told they were idling my car for the last 5 hours and could not duplicate the problem so I could come and get it. I asked them to flush the coolant and they said it would be done in the morning. The next day I didn’t get an update until I called for one early afternoon. I was notified at 4 pm that the car was ready. I’m not sure that idling for 5 hours is standard practice but I was not happy. I thought they would’ve checked the coolant and quoted me to replace it and get my car back the same afternoon. With all this being said, I will give them more business in the future. Maybe this was just an isolated situation.

Labor prices were fair, part prices were a bit hefty.
