They fixed my window motor and did an oil change. Super friendly and at a fair rate! The work was done quickly and I couldn't be happier!

Shame on you for not being honest to my sister and her husband. Had to get someone involved today pricing parts that you were charging triple! Said you fixed her a/c, but didnt tell her about her other a/c issue. Bad business. Bad customer service.

Nice folks. Very nice a friendly. Unfortunately, timelines is not a forte in their wheelhouse. It used to be. “Appointment” was of no use. My vehicle sat for five hours having never even made it into a bay for an oil change I later discovered was not needed. They did my last change and set the notification to date, not actual level of oil. I guess it’s a good thing I picked up my vehicle without letting them work on it. I question whether or not they would have told me it was not needed.

I went into Kerry's for a second opinion on a possible leak on my car's power steering pump. Tammy was so friendly from the very start, and put me at ease about going into an auto shop on my own. They were also very accommodating despite my work schedule. After de-greasing and checking things out, turns out nothing was leaking. I'm so happy to have found an honest and professional shop and will be coming here for all my future car repair needs. Thanks again!

It's unfortunate because I went here 3 months ago and left them a great review. So I went back today. Made an appt showed up early to the appt at 9am. Dropped the car off for a fix a flat. Said my car would be done by noon. I called at 2pm wondering the status they hadn't even looked at it. So then I walked back over there at 5 and they said it has 2 nails in it can't patch it. So they pulled it to the side. Didn't offer to completely change the tire. I asked if they would they said they wouldn't be able to get it done until tomorrow because it's so late in the day. I said I dropped it off at 845 this morning. They said you can take it to Discount Tire and they can do it for you. Didn't apologize just told me to go somewhere else. Not only that but they replaced the brakes on my husband's car 3 months ago and forgot to put the cylinder cap back on so now the car has built up moisture and I have to spend unnecessary money to fix something that shouldn't need to be fixed because they don't finish the job properly. Worst mistake every going here.
