TJ is an extremely stand up dude. I brought my truck in for an oil change and they had found some issues with the brakes(Catching this and sending me pictures before it came a bigger issue). During this process my aftermarket suspension had some issues of their own. They were quick to admit that they had screwed up and fixed the issue with the suspension at no cost. I brought my truck in to my lift shop to be sure there was no damage done and they said everything looked fine. People make mistakes and I think it’s extremely honorable that they admitted it and fixed the issue no question. Only part I was pretty disappointed about was the scare tactic that Tyler had tried to use to get me to do more work on my truck. Stated the factory required me to flush transmission at 50,000 miles when in fact factory suggest 150,000 miles. He also tried to charge me for oil change even though I had signed up for the package. I get up sales, every mechanic shop does them. But trying to use scare tactics and sneaking charges in will eventually lose customers. I will be returning to the shop for more work on the vehicles but will only deal with TJ. Highly recommend TJ!
