Went in for an oil change and asked the guys if they would be able to also replace a corroded battery terminal for me as well after dropping off. Was told that wouldn't be an issue and would be done before I picked up my truck, unfortunately it was not done when I picked it up. But nonetheless I called today and asked if they would be able to do it as I spoke with someone yesterday and said go for the service, I get told to come on in and they'll get it replaced for me. Was a little disappointed it didn't get done the first time, but Jose took care of me and had it replaced at no cost to me, that level of professionalism and integrity goes a long way and well makes up for it being missed before. Definitely a shop that stands behind it's customer service and thank you again to Jose who's one of the service manages 👍🏻

Had a 11:00 appt.Was out of there by 1230.No issues found which is always a good thing.Will be back when next oil change is due.The guys at the front desk are always happy and greet you when you come in.

I liked everything about Kerry's Norterra. The staff (starting with Justin) are very friendly and professional. There were no surprises, and the work was completed in a very reasonable time. Justin's communication skills were first rate. I highly recommend this place.

First time customer and quite pleased with the friendly and professional service. Check engine light diagnostics were conducted in a timely fashion even without an appointment and the issues involved explained in detail. Convenient location too - will be my first choice next time car services are needed.

I just had an oil change today. I was very disappointed . When I went to get in my vehicle there were greasy handprints all over my door in several places (white paint) can't miss it. Also on the hood and the fenders. I had a roll of shop towels and hand sanitizer so I cleaned it off myself. I went inside to let them know and they apologized. Then getting in the vehicle I noticed more greasy handprints on my door panel, door handle, power window buttons, shifter handle, and center console, also BIG Giant greasy boot prints on my floor matt's and some on floor next to matt's. I spent 2 days detailing the interior last month so I know how clean it was.. and the same sticker was in the corner of the window from my last oil change.. and I was there.7:00a.m. First in !!! wow talk about not caring about the quality of your work!!! Not happy at all.. the customer service people at the desk were friendly that's why 1 extra star otherwise won't see me there again. It's a shame too, I have things to get done and was hopeful..
