I've had three jobs done at this place because it was severely convenient. Not one of them was done the first time. Never on time. This type of lack of communication has got to be in their business plan. They leave wrenches and materials around the car and never put anything back completely. Not a single finished job. The only thing a professional about this place is the building appearance, and the marketing. Do not be fooled

I was in need of my brakes checked and replaced. Justin in the front office was amazing. Probably the best customer service I’ve ever had with an autoshop. He was friendly, kind and accommodating. I 10/10 recommend Kerry’s to anyone for their auto needs.
