My first time visiting I had no idea what to expect other than my dad uses them and had recommended Kerry's to me. The moment I walked in the door I was immediately impressed. The lobby was well designed and I was instantly greeted by one of the staff. They took the time to help me figure out what my car needed done, I'd come in because a warning light had gone on but then turned itself off. But I needed an oil change and a 60k mile check up/inspection, so they were able to take care of that. They gave me prices on everything before they started and also were able to work within my budget by giving me some discounts and telling me which things could wait until later, there was no pressure to do everything suggested on that day. I know very little about cars, so it would be easy to take advantage and charge me for work that doesn't need to be done. I felt so confident discussing my car with them. During the oil change I waited in the waiting room, which has to be one of the nicest waiting rooms I've seen at an auto shop! Very comfortable and quiet. But when they realized they needed to do some extra work I decided to use their free shuttle to go home to wait while the did the rest of the work, the shuttle service is great! All in all, I had a great experience, my car is all sorted, and I feel good about the price I paid. Will definitely be using Kerry's again!
