Very friendly and courteous. Kept me informed on status of vehicle several times throughout the day. Separate clean waiting area for customers. Offers shuttle for customers who need a ride for pick-up or for dropping vehicle off. Want to mention excellent customer service from Bobby and Carlos.

TJ was pleasant through the entire experience. He did everything he could to help me out within reason (as it ended up being a pricey repair). My car drives so much better after the replacement of my coolant pump and I will be going back for all my future car needs!

I love Kerry’s Car Care, my dad recommended them and I have been going since! As a girl I feel like a lot of places often try scamming you by coming back with a bunch of issues “wrong” with your car, but they don’t do that at all! Or try to recommend that it needs replacing right away unless it really does. When my brakes needed replacing they said I should still be good for my trip to California, ended up going back to them after my trip.

They were very helpful and I didn’t feel like they tried to get me to upgrade or sell me anything “extra” that I didn’t need. Very nice people!

True and honest in town with their estimates and service. I would recommend them and you should check their estimates before going to a dealer as they have saved me a lot of money on my BMW X3 for a very small repair. TJ, you are the best service advisor, Thank you for taking care of my car issue.
