Always good service.

The first thing you notice at Kerry's is that everybody in there seems to be very happy to be at work. Very friendly, welcoming. Today I needed an alignment, and they had me in and out in a very reasonable time, and for what I think is a pretty fair price. Also, I overheard several service advisors speaking to customers on the phone. They really seem to care about helping people, and visibly work together to solve problems for people. I like this place.

When scheduling an appt online make sure u call Kerry's car care 1st, according to them their scheduling system doesnt reflect appts already made so when they tell u ur vehicle will take 1 hr, be expecting 2 1/2 to 3 hr wait, this was for an oil change. And dont expect a sincere apology for ur long wait either just one that will get u out the door with many excuses to follow. But the tech that worked on my vehicle was really good he even offered a free tire rotation for my long wait and so his service was a 4-5 star rating. Otherwise for my 1st time there my experience was ok & BTW they have a nice waiting room. 😎

Very professional and courteous. They explained very well what needed to be done. I appreciated the shuttle back to pick up my truck when it was done.

Today was my first visit to Kerry's Car Care. The service was excellent. The staff was very friendly and greeted me as soon as I entered the lobby. I will definitely be back the next time my car needs service.
