Super nice mechanics!...finally! After mechanic hopping for a few years and getting taken advantage a few times for being a clueless girl, i finally found a place where they sit down and talk to you about the mechanics. Explaining how things work. Even to someone like me who doesnt speak car. & Kept me posted at every step of the way!

6 months ago I came here for an oil change and was treated much more kindly. I had a option to text the stores number for a 25 dollars off of my service. I was never given the 25 off. I told the guy I had a brand new rebuilt engine put in 6 months or so ago and I was just talked to and acknowledged as if I didn't do anything.. than I was called about my car needing all this work that had already been done with the rebuilt engine. I respectfully declined the work they said I so needed and was treated very rudely after that. They didn't rest my oil engine light and they didn't even put a sticker up to remind me of the next service. I was please 6 months ago with my oil change, but I will not be returning.

Anthony Strope was extremely helpful and worked hard to resolve a difficult problem. My catalytic converter had been stolen in the middle of our vacation. Although we ultimately ended up having to ship the vehicle to our home town due to the shortage of parts from Mercedes dealer, Anthony invested a lot of time and kept me posted throughout. I recommend him highly.

My first time dealing with shop and its staff. I am so impressed -- they have gained a new customer! Needed to use their shuttle service and that was a wonderful plus. Thank you so much, staff, for your conscious attention to all details.

Went to Kerry's Auto Care in Peoria after our catalytic converter was stolen from our Mercedes Sprinter van and left us stranded with three dogs 100 miles from home and in scorching weather. Anthony was very helpful and worked hard to find a good solution for us but unfortunately, repairs were hampered by unavailability of parts. For this reason we opted to ship the vehicle to our home town for service. I cannot say enough about how helpful Anthony was and I highly recommend this repair shop.

Amazing people over here! They took their time to make sure the diagnosis was correct, and have been on top of everything keeping me updated every step of the way. I know that I will be only using them going forward. Shoutout to Kimberly and Anthony for handling everything! Definitely above and beyond service, down to even promising me that the car would be ready in time for me to get to a wedding, or they would help me find a way to get there. 10 stars, amazing service, and such friendly staff!
