After getting a quote to replace my AC system from the dealership I called Kerry’s Car Care to get an estimate. They had me come in to double check what was wrong and gave me an estimate $650 less than the dealership. They were very friendly and professional and didn’t charge for the estimate.

Everything went smooth and no issues and the service writer was very knowledgeable.

Everyone was very nice. They helped me to determine whether to buy a used car or not and their advice was very helpful. I highly recommend them!

Everyone at the fletcher heights location is outstanding! They are kind and knowledgeable and I always feel like they have my best interest in mind! Anthony and Andy have been putting in the work for me with my insurance company and we are at a point where I don’t even think they will be seeing any money from my vehicle but they are still working on it for me! That is quality service that you just can’t find anymore and because of that I will bring all my vehicles, work vehicles and refer friends to them. I had stopped at Kerry’s on happy valley and unfortunately the interaction I had was abrupt and rude. I will never set foot in there again. I highly recommend Kerry’s @fletcher heights and 83rd if you are looking for honest quality work!

Clean, comfortable facility. Have been there twice for oil changes. First time was wonderful. In and out in 30 minutes, time stamped on my paperwork. Second time not as good. Had an 11:00 appointment. Asked specifically if they were on time or running late because I had two other appointments right after. The girl said they were not behind schedule and would take my car right in. Forty five minutes later I asked how much longer. She told me oil changes ALWAYS take one hour. Not according to paperwork from first oil change. I got out of there 55 minutes after arriving. They made me late for my next appointment. Very frustrating when following a tight schedule for my day.
