I found myself in a very awkward situation when all the lights for my Braking systems came on. I called Kerry’s Car care and was met with a warm supportive man who said of course they could see me right away and to come immediately. I use my car to make my money so this was relief #1. Upon arrival Jon A greeted me and began to clearly and concisely explain my options and time frames. He did not pressure me into any decisions but made me feel very comfortable about proceeding with Diagnosics. I was very worried while I was waiting in A lovely comfortable waiting area with great AC, overstuffed comfortable chairs, water/coffee bar, big screen TV. Jon was prompt to get back to me with findings. He checked in with me during my wait to make sure I was taken care of in the waiting area. When they had completed the diagnostics on my car Jon A came and explained everything throughly. He gave me my options and made sure I understood everything. I would recommend this store, the team, and Jon A to anyone! The very best, fastest service I’ve have ever experienced anywhere. Tell your friends, families, neighbors, ext :-)

Pulled in with a flat tire. Received outstanding customer service from Andy Smith, a service advisor. I was back on the road in 30 minutes.

I stopped by to schedule a wheel alignment and oil change and they got me in right away. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Jon was great and was very helpful in explaining what was wrong with my car and communicative throughout the repair process. Place goes above and beyond for their customers and it’s greatly appreciated. Price was steep, but fair for what needed to be done. The quality of work and professionalism displayed is well worth it. EDIT: Just wanted to update this review and say that Collin and the team here are still wonderful. I had gotten into a new car and had the inspection done at this Kerry's, and they're always very communicative about any issues they find, pictures included, and very transparent about repair costs. Will gladly continue taking my vehicles here.

I am forever grateful for stumbling across this place on google and calling after having paid for a diagnosis on my vehicle at Honda in Surprise. Over at the Honda I was initially told that they didn't notice anything wrong with my vehicle. I explained the exact way that I was noticing a popping noise/feeling. After two hours I was told I needed to replace my steering column. Something didn't feel right about the diagnosis and I decided to get another opinion. I called Kerry's and Jake answered. His customer service was impeccable and he informed me that I could bring my vehicle in for a diagnosis at no charge. Next morning I brought my vehicle in. The noise/feeling that I had been experiencing was not extremely noticeable but Anthony insisted on finding the accurate diagnosis. Anthony asked me to replicate when I'm driving so he could hear my concern. After a short drive in the parking lot, he was able to hear my concern. From that point, the mechanics were able to figure out what it was and also confirmed that it had absolutely nothing to do with my steering column. Not only did they figure out the problem, Anthony called and confirmed that my extended warranty actually covered the issue. My vehicle drives amazing now and the popping is completely gone. Of all the mechanics I have ever been to, I am thoroughly impressed with Kerry's. Not just the customer service, but the workmanship. I am so glad I trusted my instinct with the Honda service center and got another opinion. Kerry's will be my go to for any future issues. Great customer service, trustworthy, and great mechanics. Not to mention, while I was waiting for the diagnosis, I had my three year old with me. One of the gentlemen in the front opened the door for multiple times when he saw me at the door with my stroller. Anthony also provided some pens and paper to help me keep my son occupied. Brownie points all the way around!

Jake delivered great service and everyone extremely helpful when my car failed me. Great to have friendly and honest people treating me so special with my dilemma.
