I called several mechanic shops in town and nobody could get me in. The Valley is large and I’ve never heard a business tell me that they’d hold a bay open while I drive 30 minutes to get to their location. Collin at Kerry’s Car Care. When I got there he had his mechanic Daniel take a drive with me to diagnose the issue. Within 2 minutes he knew what the issue was. They fixed it, and I was on my way. Thank you Jason, Collin, and Daniel!! You all made my day.

Just took my vehicle into kerrys here on lake pleasent. They got me in instantly and gave me a free visual diagnostic. They didn't try to upsell me on stuff i didn't(which mechanics are notorious for). Overall great experience.

Kerry's Car Care was able to diagnose and fix my air conditioning after 2 other shops couldn't. It was incredible. Awesome service overall!

They were really nice and very considerate of the service. They went over everything with me, discounted my oil change, and explained any vehicle malfunctions that I currently had and as to what may have caused it. They showed me on my vehicle, stayed past closing time to help me out, and got me where I needed to be. They also gave me an itemized quote with the breakdown of all the work I needed to get done, which isn't much, but it's definitely needed. Will be using them for all my needs. They let me mess with the thermostat in the shop and hung out with me while I waited on my Lyft, that they offered. They are honest and very nice.

But nope, James and Cody drove over to the neighboring parking lot where my vehicle was, changed out my tire to the spare and took care of me once we were back to the shop. Thank you again guys! So today was my first time taking my vehicle to Kerry’s car care in Peoria on lake pleasant, and I had the best experience with these guys. When I first walked in I was greeted by a man named Jason, Jason was really nice, really professional and had a great attitude super nice guy made me welcomed and they work fast. I had to get my brakes and rotors changed as well as my calipers and they were able to get it done with a few hours, definitely recommend this Kerry’s car care, they work with you and for you, they got me a lift from the shop and back to the shop when my vehicle was done. These guys are awesome they do a really good job, but I think where my first impression of them came from was from Jason he did an awesome job making me feel comfortable and worry free thanks Jason definitely going to come back.
