Jake and the Kerry's crew was extremely helpful this afternoon. As a fellow automotive shop in Flagstaff, I value and respect how these guys do business. Jake was quick to respond to an issue one of our customers was having on the road, and he did it with a fantastic attitude. The communication and responsiveness I experienced with them today would make me willing to recommend this shop to anyone. Thanks again, Kerry's!

Was supposed to drop/dropped car off at 10am appointment, 2:46pm and I'm still here, not happy at all, can't get the time back that I'm losing sitting here.

Tyler got me in and out. Fast! Very appreciative of their service!

I asked to have my tires rotated. They noticed that one of my two older tires had significant uneven wear, and because of the age of the tires and uneven wear recommended I replace them and get an alignment. I appreciated their evaluation and their conclusion was spot on. They found a couple of compatible, reasonably priced tires they could install same day. So far so good. Minus one star because the total was quite expensive, with lots of extra fees added. It cost about a third more than I would expect to pay. Minus a second star because though my car was returned the same day tow tires were at 38 lbs and two at 28, and the steam caps were missing from some. It just didn’t feel good to pay a small fortune and then have to fix the tire pressure and reset the pressure sensors setting myself.

DESPICABLE and DISHONEST business! They took advantage of my ELDERLY and recently widowed father. They didn’t tell him how much the services they “recommended” would be until THEY decided to them and then charge him when he came to pick his car up. DISGUSTING “business” to have in our beautiful community of Fletcher Heights anyways I will most definitely be contacting the BBB and Attorney General to evaluate our options. This type of dishonestly will absolutely not be tolerated and I will not allow a shady business to take advantage of my father.
