I had a great experience at Kerry’s today. I’ve had a lot of rotten experiences with the automotive industry. However, everyone at Kerry’s was knowledgeable and welcoming. John answered all of my questions and explained things in detail, showed me pictures, and told me what to expect from my car in the future. Bobby and TJ were around and chatted with me and my kiddo and were very nice! They got my oil change and transmission fluid done quickly and it was affordable! I’ll be back for all of my cars needs!

Brought my car for a routine oil change and tire pressure check. They recommended over $500 worth of services telling me the transmission fluid should definitely be changed and sealed within a few weeks because there is a leak. I declined the service for now to get through Christmas first and after driving the car home there is now fluid leaking into my driveway which was never there before!!! I’m sorry but I do not believe this to be a coincidence more like taking advantage of a woman who knows nothing about cars and I will never be going back there!
