Wanted to love this place at first, but now will never come back. Very friendly people. Had a car in for an oil change and they recommended a major repair; I called to confirm the quote and work before scheduling it to come back in, and they did confirm. Then, dropped it off and 5 hours later was told it would be twice the price! Didn't want them to proceed. Came in to pick it up and was told they made a mistake and tried to quote me again with discounted labor but told me they had the wrong parts. Said they would honor the labor quote. They did not. Told me they would only do a portion of the repair originally quoted for a much higher price. Friendly people don't cover up for a lack of competence or integrity to honor their word. How can a auto repair company making a substantial repair recommendation NOT be able to quote things correctly multiple times, even when I tried to confirm? I don't have any confidence in their recommendations. And while mistakes happen, they didn't have the integrity to stand behind their offer when they acknowledged the mistake. I won't be back. I will email you my customer information so you can review.

I’ve been doing business with this repair shop since they opened their doors for business and have spent thousands of $$ with them over many years. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs and maintenance!

Got a car inspected before buying and they gave me all the car fax and told me an estimated price of how much it will cost to get everything fixed. Super nice guys and informative.
