Duty & Obligation It is the words on the poster in their office. But apparently just words, not anything meaningful. I brought my car here 3 times for the same issue. First time, they told me this will fix it; nope. Second time, advisor says “well at least we solved 50% of the problem, yes!” I make sure they can fix it - do we need a test drive?; nope. We’ll call you this afternoon. 48 hours no call or update. Only to learn that they reassigned my designated advisor and now I have to start all over again with someone else. Third visit, let’s test drive it. Here is an invoice for another couple grand with a laundry list of items they hope to be the issue. None of which was called out to us on the first or second visit despite the words on the wall. No: honest service, obligation, or duty. Yes: distrust, lies, and even sarcasm. Get a 2nd opinion or just go elsewhere.
