Bobby , the General Manager was helping me with my Nissan titan 2006 for a tire rotation and he also found that I needed a left front lower ball joint and an oil filter housing seal. He gave me a quote and offered great value behind his warranty of 5 years 60,000 on parts and labor. He built a lot of value behind the inspection and was very willing to help with answering any and all of my questions and also gave me different options on what should be done first and foremost. Best of all he didn’t rush me out the door like some of these automotive repair facilities that make you feel you’re just a number. Bobby made me feel like I was talking to a friend about fixing my truck and I think that’s what customer service is all about. Bobby is an asset to Kerry’s car care and should be given a raise.
