Oil change is the same price as i could do myself and the whole thing only took 2 hours (during rush hour too) from start to finish! Front desk man was extremely knowledgable and friendly to talk to. These guys literally service all cars all years! Color me impressed. They'll be seeing more of me real soon.

What a find right in my own back yard... I was having issues with my dealer about the amount of money that they wanted to charge me for servicing my car. So I started to look for an independent that was reliable and knowledgeable about my car. Let me say this that they were extremely friendly and very honest; but the main thing I experience was efficiency and knowledge of what my car needed to have done. What they did was a complete diagnostic check on my whole system, for free, yes for free. Then they showed me what needed to be replaced or done. They replaced my transmission fluid, my rear end fluid, my brake fluid, oil changed my cars oil checked my passenger compartment air filter, checked my cars engine air filter. all other fluids and I was done in about 1 and half. they showed me what they were doing every step of the way with new technology and a very clean garage. I was extremely happy with the charges and it was 75% less than what my dealer was going to charge me for this complete service. Let me say this if you are looking for a great group of guys who know their stuff about cars. and you don't want that sticker shock from a dealership servicing your car. Go to Kerry's Car Care they have been around since 1993 and they sure do get my seal of approval.. Great Job, great Car Care at Kerry's

Everything went ok, I was just concerned about the condition of the u joint end cap clips being quite distorted. I was assured by Jason Graham that if any issues arise that it will be taken care of.

I called at 10am on Black Friday to see if there is any way they could squeeze me in and if it would be a long wait. They say no we can usually get you done in a little over an hour so I bring my car down and when I call at noon, 2 hours later they haven’t even brought it back yet. I call again at two this is 4 hours now they tell me oh it’s been done we thought you were on your way here. Why would I come sit there in your waiting room when you haven’t even taken my vehicle back yet to be done. Why wouldn’t you call me to tell me that it’s done. This was the worst communication I have ever received. They give me a coupon for my next visit. Why would I take the risk again. The discount should have been applied TODAY. So very disappointed.

We understand that this is extremely frustrating, and for that, we sincerely apologize. This is not reflective of our operational standards. We are beyond sorry we did not communicate clearly.

Made me bring a coupon that they knew they offered. I called for them to pick me up, waited 45min and never came. Had to take another car there. When I brought up the issue, very few words were exchanged. Just took my money and said have a nice day. I'll never come back to this place. When your super nice to take in my car and not care about issues after then that says no professionalism. I'm never coming back. UPDATE: After posting this I got a phone call from the director. Super nice guy and apologized for the service. Even though the experience was not great at all, the fast response was more than enough to change my rating. Thanks for reaching out and getting my feedback. Still not coming back but good to know there will be accountability.
