I decided to try Kerry’s because I just moved to the area and had a coupon for a 44.95 synthetic oil change. I also wanted Kerry’s to install a new level kit on my Nissan Titan that I just received for Christmas. When I arrived to the shop it was about 2pm. Kerry’s acknowledged the coupon for the oil change and then quoted me $250 to install the level kit; stating that they install the brand I had all the time. I accepted and then left the site and went to workout. BTW, Kerry’s has a shuttle that I used; very convenient! During my workout and about 45:mins after dropping off my truck I received a call from Kerry’s that the level kit was not as easy to install on a Nissan as it is on other trucks and that it would be more to do the work. Right there I lost all trust in this service shop. I had them complete the work because my truck was already dismantled. What was supposed to be around $250 turned out to be almost double. In all fairness the work was performed and performed well, but I feel that Kerry’s should have eaten the cost based on the quote given to me. For this reason I won’t be using them again. I lost Kerry’s trust.

Good job by the repairs but they left oil and grease all over the engine compartment the battery cover and the side Fender of the passenger side

After multiple mistakes with this company and horrible customer service I will not be returning to them. The first mistake was when they broke the drain plug on the oil pan. I discovered it the next day when I noticed it leaking on my driveway. They were closed the day I discovered it so I had to drain the oil to replace the plug and refill it myself. I contacted them and they offered me a refund and to cover what it cost me to replace the plug and oil. After going back and forth for just about 3 months and still no refund I was offered 2 free oil changes and I was told I would still be getting the check refund. Never got the refund check and its been 7 months now. Just did my second oil change and after waiting 2 hours I asked how much longer they would be. Turns out the manager wanted to take care of me so my keys had been sitting on the counter for 45 plus minutes while he was on the phone. The guy who checked me out was nice enough to not have me pay because of the long wait. So they gave me a free oil change to cover my free oil change. I am done with this place.

Bad experience at this auto shop. Fixed an oil leak for over $600. Five days later the same oil leak noticed in the garage, went back to the shop, they stated they fixed the wrong leak. Need another $400 to fixed it again. How I’m I sure they will do it right the second time. Please stay away from this place.
