Kerry’s was great. Went in for an oil change and fix a flat. The service was awesome. Took a little longer than expected but they were very apologetic and had us out the door quickly after that. Will definitely be using them more in the future.

Took my car for an estimate. The front office staff have a mechanic check on the car. Instead of giving an estimate there and then , he said he would give me a call with the estimate. That was 4 days ago, and I still have not received the call. I am taking the car to somewhere else. Wasted my time.

Avoid Kerry's Car Care Phoenix! This is an estimate my Mom recently received from them for a vehicle which does not have any issues. ZERO issues! The estimate is almost $8,000! Research the parts and you will find a 1000% markup. Yes, that's correct 1000%..... She may be a woman in her 70s, but taking advantage of people is so very wrong!! Please share so that Kerry's Car Care Phoenix gets the message that it's NOT ok to take advantage of people!

Very friendly. They go over everything with you in detail and update you by text messages and phonecalls as they work on your car. The estimates they give are accurate and so are the time estimates. For me they are conveniently located. I have gone to several places for repairs in the past but Im sticking to Kerry's. Very nice people. I highly recommend them.
