Arizona Auto Repair

I called Kerry's Car feeling my suspension having become awkward, with a rough ride. It is a older car, so this repair was imaginable and expensive. They were very straight with me and that is extremely valuable to me. Because of the potential cost they researched around for what coupons they could come up with for my case. They finally did and helped me somewhat. John was a descent guy. Very polite and respectful. I felt good all along and after the repairs, the car ran anew. They shuttled me to and fro. This was my second time at this shop, so I'll stay with them. No more going to Lexus dealership. No need. They know their work here.

I made an appointment for an oil change. Dropped the car off early about 10 to 15 minutes. Went to the local restaurant around the corner to wait. Had dinner no call or texts about my car being ready. After almost an hour and a half hour and 15 or so went back to check on the progress. Car had never even been looked at yet. No apology, not even an offer of discount of any sort. So took my keys back and left with out the service. Would have at a minimum expected a call saying they were running late and may even a coupon of any sort. None of that but quite a bit of up sell when I was checking in. Not sure if I will return. 99% will not go back here due to their service. Was my second time here and was a miserable experience. Not a good option for me. I could have been doing much more useful things with my time besides wasting it and not even getting any kind if service or regrets from them.

Everyone was incredibly friendly. Waiting room was super comfortable. Broke down every inspection and service before preforming any work. Highly recommend to anyone needing their car serviced. This is definitely where I'll be taking my car from now on.
